Jack in 3D
Latest bump pic:
We got to have another sonogram today which was great. :) Jack is right on track with growth and is looking strong! Praise God!
We had a hard time getting a good frontal view of him because his face was right up against the placenta. fun. But we did get some good profile shots and the sonographer is super sweet and is letting us come back next week to try again for free. Here’s what we did get:
In other news, things are busy for us both with work (him/me) so restful nights at home are much-appreciated, especially before Jack gets here. I had a great birthday…even though it was fuurrrrreeeeezzzziiiingggg outside. I’ve been sewing more and more and Jon asked, “What do you want to do for your birthday?” “Just sew.” And so I did (next to the beautiful flowers he gave me).
Here’s my new purse/future diaper bag and matching changing pad.
Sewing has been so much fun and I have lots more projects planned. Can you say ‘nesting much?’ The stacked books fabric is going to be Jack’s crib bumper and prob a blanket. I’m going to make some sheets out of the green lining fabric that you saw in the bag and much more. I have to wait for the crib to be here because it’s a different size from a normal crib because, you guessed it, we do things differently. ;-)
Other than that, Jon is doing great on his milk experiment. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, then hop on over to his nutrition blog and find out. He’s feeling healthy and is learning a lot!
Well, that’s it for now. Tata dahlings!
